Original Post: 9/19/2009

PLAY SOCCER Camps in New England have begun an exciting challenge to raise $20,009 for Coaches across Continents as part of the PLAY SOCCER Camp Challenge.  Players and campers at all programs are being asked to help children in developing communities around the world by donating to the program.  Also, PLAY SOCCER coaches Nick Gates and Sam Renshaw will be spending 6 months in Africa later this year to help create three new Hat-Trick Initiative programs.
David Gates, President of PLAY SOCCER is delighted to help children learn life and leadership skills through soccer.  “This is a tremendous opportunity for all our campers in New England to learn about children in other countries and for us to make a difference through the power of soccer.”
