Coaches Across Continents believe strongly that through education and awareness that our World can become a safer, healthier place for the next generation. Our partners participate in three internationally celebrated days a year:
Women’s Day March 8th
Peace One Day September 21st
World Aids Day December 1st
Women’s Day March 8th – Women’s Day is a global day celebrating the economic, political and social achievements of women past, present and future. Our partners host many different events on Women’s Day including Tournaments, health workshops, and plays. For more information please click, here.
Peace One Day Sept. 21st – For 2014, Coaches Across Continents (CAC) has launched a Peace Day football resource, aimed at integrating real-life conflict resoltion skills into regular football training. CAC, the global leaders in sport for social impact, have launched a series of games that use fotball to explore, demonstate and develop some of the skills necessary for conflict resolution and social harmony. Our partnerships with Peace One Day started in 2014, and was launched because of our fantastic partners making waves throughout the World every year on Sept. 21st. For more information please click, here.
World Aids Day Dec. 1st – Coaches Across Continents have a whole curriculum that educates on HIV/AIDS, and making safe decisions. We have many partner groups whose main focus are to reduce HIV positive numbers in their communities. We have supported HIV/AIDS Day from the start of CAC, and believe in the powerful affect that December 1st has every year throughout the world. For more information please click, here.
