Coaches across Continents add the extra spice to our football based Life Skills programme with youth. Their annual training with our coaches and youth at the WhizzKids United Health Academy is one of the highlights each year. It helps the players develop key skills – both on the ball and in life – and certainly brings a smile to everyone’s face. We can’t wait for CAC to come back again soon.

Whizz Kids United operates in KwaZulu Natal, South Africa in the town of Edendale. They are the premier leader internationally in their approach to HIV diagnosis, education, treatment, and support through football. The do this by operating their own Health Academy, which educates, diagnosis, treats, and counsels adolescents and children about HIV/AIDS.Recently, Whizz Kids United was named a recipient of a FIFA Football For Hope Center, one of twenty that will be built continent-wide as a legacy of the 2010 World Cup. The additional facility, to be built alongside the existing Health Academy, will add a artificial football pitch as well as supporting office and operating space for the Health Academy.
A fellow member of the Street Football World Network, CACs partnership with Whizz Kids United will extend beyond our normal three year Hat Trick Initiative. Coaches Across Continents helps to educate WKUs life skills trainers in coaching education skills, and with the opening of the FFH center also adding further games to the WKU curriculum to branch out beyond HIV education/prevention on the football field.
